Marking the 25th edition of Rêves d'automne, the opus of Frédéric Back stands in the limelight.

World renowned painter, illustrator, muralist and animated film producer Frédéric Back (1924-2013) is most widely known for his movie L'Homme qui plantait des arbres (The man Who Planted Trees). Beyond the artistic genius emanating from his movies and drawings, his entire opus is a genuine plea in defence of the beauty of life, here on our planet. Frédéric Back visited the Charlevoix region to find inspiration in tis magnificent landscapes.

The living embodiment of Quebec art, Umberto Bruni has associated himself with the 24th adition of Rêves d'automne. In November 2014, the artist celebrated his 100th birthday. Umberto Bruni's opus is a museum in itself. Born in Montreal, his journey has been spectacular. Gardering numerous prestigious awards, he is also a member of national and international associations and academies.
